Ishwari guides meditation, yoga asana, intuitive movement, visioning, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation practices. Above all the roles and forms Ishwari takes, she considers herself a human being who tries to reside in LOVE more than anything else.

In 2014, Ishwari became aware of the teachings of Yoga through an invitation to Ranjani Power’s Yoga Studio - Yoga XTC in Dayton, OH Since then, she has completed over 350 hours of yoga training programs in the United States.
