I just want to share a moment of love for the ashram, the swamis,the support staff and Gurudev. I have been disconnected for sometime, and haven’t been to a program or retreat in over 5 years. I found myself just recently profoundly missing meditation in LOTUS and Chidambaram, lunches with Mataji reading while I chew, nourishing food, that delicious natural bathroom soap, the order and peace, and walking around those beautiful acres. Thank you all so much for making IYTV available in this difficult time. I have only just found it and I am delighted to link back in.

Thank you so much for these kind words. It's gratifying to hear that IYTV is providing you some benefit. We're working very hard to offer our subscribers content that's inspiring and supportive of their Yoga practice. Of course, it's difficult for people to visit the Ashram, especially under current circumstances, but hopefully IYTV offers some connection to the spirit of Yogaville and Integral Yoga. Hello and thank you, IYTV! Although I am new to this forum, over the past two years, IYTV has been a lifeline to me. I am currently full time caregiving for a family member and so appreciate that I may tune into the Yogaville community via IYTV whenever I have a spare block of time. I especially apprecaite the class videos that are less than one hour, with 30 to 45 minutes being optium for my personal situation. I am happy to see the ashram returning to live gatherings, but hope you will continue to offer IYTV programming!
