Please refer to “Part 17: Exercising Care with Breath Retention” for more guidance on building a responsible practice of pranayama.
Students with health issues or questions are strongly encouraged to seek the guidance of a qualified teacher before proceeding. It may be advisable to consult their physician as well. Students experiencing any effects that cause concern should stop at once and seek proper guidance.
*The important practice of Nadi Suddhi, alternate nostril breathing, is not included in the recording of this workshop, likely due to a technical oversight. However, guidance for this essential practice will be shared at a later time.
