Maya is a teacher who shares her enthusiasm for original and traditional Yoga within her classes & tries to maintain the purity and essence of Yoga. She has been practicing Yoga since 2003 and has been teaching since 2010. Her passion for Yoga has enabled her to consistently study and travel to trainings to further her knowledge and is certified in Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Hatha, Raja Yoga, Accessible Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yin Yoga & is a 200 hr. Integral Yoga Teacher Trainer.
An intuitive energy worker for many years, Maya is an Usui Master/Teacher & an Angelic Master/Teacher.
