The online content is terrific. The breath of the material is what drew me to subscribing - it is not just asana like many online yoga platforms. The spiritual lessons are amazing. I also really like the combination of on-demand material and live sessions everyday of the week. It feels like you can really immerse yourself in the material and become part of a community also. I also like the short "tip" videos on how to do particular poses more correctly.
